Question What do I do when users can no longer register and receive the message "The activation email could not be sent because the sending server is unreachable"?
When users register with Eduka, an e-mail containing an activation code is sent automatically. This e-mail is sent by Eduka, so Eduka must be connected to an e-mail service. The setting of the e-mail service is done from the "Configuration" module in the "E-mail and SMS accounts" section
Your IT manager is the only person who has the information to set up the e-mail service. If the error "Theactivation e-mailcould not be sent because the sending server is unreachable" occurs, you must contact your IT manager so that he/she can enter the technical information for sending e-mail in Eduka. There is no need to contact Eduka support to solve this problem because we do not know the connection details of your sending server.
