This feature allows you to subscribe to alerts on the different possible status of registration, re-registration, or de-registration files: receive an e-mail when a parent submits his or her registration file; when the admissions department re-opens a file that had already been validated; etc.
Like all the other alerts, you can subscribe to them from the " Change alerts " page available on the Student & Parent Management module. Attention, this setting is a personal setting, which affects only the user who subscribes.
As with every notification, you can choose to receive an email or not, and also filter the alerts according to a specific perimeter. Be careful however, this perimeter is not always available (for example when the parent creates a new registration file, when the alert is sent, the perimeter is not yet known because the parent has not yet fulfilled his or her wish for schooling).
