This platform is a data processing software tool that simplifies administrative processes related to the management of Eduka Software's clients. As such, we collect certain information necessary for managing our clients and many other usual business processes. The company, as well as the platform provider, is firmly committed to following a set of good conduct rules to ensure the confidentiality of all data concerning you.

Security
The personal information we collect is stored in a secure environment. The people working in our company, as well as the platform provider, are required to respect the confidentiality of your information. To ensure the security of your personal information, we use the following technical measures:
- Access to the platform via secure connection (HTTPS)
- Access management: only authorized personnel can view the data
- Network monitoring software, intrusion detection, and defense against viruses and Trojan horses
- Encrypted computer backups with a key known only to the platform provider and can only be restored on the original platform
- Your connection to the platform is protected by a combination of username/password and can be reinforced by using a strong authentication method (email or temporary code)
- The server hosting the platform is protected by a hardware firewall and a software firewall
- We are committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality by integrating the latest technological innovations to ensure the confidentiality of your transactions.
