When you create a document template from the Documents module, you can now upload a file in Word format (.docx).
This allows you to use the formatting features of Word, and to define locations on your document where to place direct mail data from Eduka.
Defining the document template in Word
The template defined in Word will be able to contain a layout, including images, several pages, several columns etc...
When creating your document template, select the Word file option and link the Word document saved on your computer
Replacement of merge fields with Eduka data
After referencing your Word template, click on Insert Data.
Here you will be able to refer to the merge fields defined in the Word document, to replace it with data from Eduka :
It is also possible to replace an image already present in the document with the person's passport photo:

After selecting a person, click Preview to check the generation of your document :
Limitation of Use
The use of templates in Word format is not possible for documents generated from the Finance module, as these require the mailing of complex content such as data tables, a possibility not currently available in the technical components used by Eduka.
