Eduka's
Customer Relations module enables you to set up sales initiatives for your establishment, and centralize in Eduka all your active and inactive customers, as well as all your potential customers (leads/prospects).
Using a variety of information-gathering methods, you can build up a database of leads and prospects, centralizing a history of all sales actions carried out from the initial contact to the customer's departure. Based on a high degree of personalization, this module enables you to animate your sales actions in different ways, monitor their effectiveness, and gather all the information you need for your analyses.
Centralization of your prospect and customer database
The Customer Relations module brings together in a single module the different types of people managed in your Eduka database:
- Active customers: pupils, students in the process of enrolling or attending school
- Inactive customers: those who have been deregistered
- Leads: people who have shown an initial interest in the school, or potential targets for the school
- Prospects: these are "qualified" leads, for whom the probability of becoming a customer is greater than that of a lead
- Archived : archived leads or prospects, for whom sales actions have been abandoned
The
active or inactive customer population is therefore made up of students and managers, grouped together in the form of Families, and managed in the Admissions module (registration, re-enrollment, de-registration).
The
Leads and Prospects population, on the other hand, is specific to the Customer Relations module, which centralizes their creation and animation until they become Customers.

Creating leads/prospects in the Customer Relations module
In order to create and collect your leads/prospects as efficiently as possible, the Customer Relations module enables you to demultiply the points of entry, by putting customizable forms online and publishing them via your websites or social networks.
Managed in the form of
prospecting campaigns, these "entry points" enable you to precisely identify the origin of a person's creation in the Customer Relations database, and thus understand the effectiveness of each campaign.
Complete chronology of actions relating to a prospect/customer
From its creation in the Customer Relations database as a Lead or Prospect, to the family's departure from the establishment, the Customer Relations module enables you to keep all actions relating to the prospect/customer's life cycle in your Eduka database, including :
- Creation and origin of the prospect/customer in the Eduka database: prospecting campaign (JPO, contact form, social networks), online registration...
- Spontaneous actions entered into the system: telephone call, email exchange, parent visit, etc.
- Responses to a specific campaign or channel: open days, forms published on social networks, follow-up campaigns, promotional offers...
- Conversion of prospect into customer: manually or by the parent via an online registration request
- Family departure: via the cancellation process included in the admissions management module
