In order to collect your prospects and enrich your customer relations database, one of the main methods is to set up open prospecting campaigns.
These will be materialized through online forms, published on various communication media: website, social networks, ...
You can create as many campaigns as you want, for various use cases: contact form, Open House registration, form referenced on a social network.
The fact of creating different campaigns will allow you to analyze the means of action that will have brought you the most leads.
Creating a prospecting campaign in the Customer Relations module
The first step consists in referencing your new prospecting campaign in the Customer Relations / Manage Campaigns module.
Click on the Add button to create a new Campaign, then enter the requested parameters:
- Label and description
- Activated: indicate whether the campaign is active or not
- Show in the menu: allows you to display the campaign in the side menu
- Year: indicate whether the campaign is valid for one school year only or for all years combined.
- Channel: links the campaign to a contact channel defined in the module's configuration menu
- Default categories : Allows you to assign one or more categories to any prospect created by this campaign
- Entry points : defines the entry point form linked to this campaign (see next point)
- Result: indicates whether the person created by the form should be typed as a Lead or Prospect
- Permissions: configure the profiles that have access to the campaign
- Internal form: Allows you to set up an internal input form, in order to enter internal information on each prospect
- Notifications: allows you to activate notifications (emails and/or system) when a person submits a form

Click on
Save to save your campaign.
Setting up the form linked to your campaign
Once your campaign is referenced, you need to create the form that will be published and used to create leads for this campaign.
The creation of this form, called
Entry Point, is to be done within the
Eduka Configuration / System Registration module.

Once your form point has been set up, don't forget to link your entry point to your campaign, otherwise the people entering the form will not be linked to your campaign:

To publish your Entry Point form, access your form settings and then :

You then have the possibility of distributing your form by different means:
- Distribute the link leading to the form (Link sharing)
- Include a portion of HTML code on a page of your website, so that the form is integrated into the page of your website (Inclusion in a website)
Viewing entries related to the campaign
Once your form is published, you can consult the entries made by your prospects by selecting the campaign in the side menu:
