In order to make the Knowledge Base visible to users, it is necessary to open access to this module for the users concerned.
Beyond the eligibility to be set in the Content Categories, the Knowledge Base icon must be added on the concerned profiles.
Publish the knowledge base
To give access to the knowledge base to the different users of the platform, you go to the configuration of the user profiles, you choose the concerned profile and by a simple click you authorize it, in order to pass the icon among the accessible icons.
In this example, from now on, all the users belonging to the profile "Admission" will be able to see the knowledge base:

In the same way, if you have several users who will have to contribute to the knowledge base, you can assign them the "Knowledge base management" icon.
The users of the profile will at the same time have access to the articles available in the knowledge base as well as the possibility to edit or create new ones
