Using the content added to your Knowledge Base, you can generate a PDF document using all or part of the content of the base.

Set up the PDF to be generated

For all the articles created in your knowledge base, you have the possibility to generate them in PDF format:

You can select several categories or sub-categories, by scrolling the list of categories and choosing a new one each time:

In order to generate a PDF file, use your browser's PDF printing function by selecting the PDF format in Destination.
